Important Dates
Hackathon
- Judge: name, photo, time slot, etc by ASAP
- Attendees: names, emails, titles, etc ASAP
- Move in: Thursday Feb 26th - 12pm to 5pm PST
- Move out: Sunday March 1st - 6pm to 8pm PST
Festival
- Main Stage: name, photo, time slot, presentation, etc by ASAP
- AMA Stage: name, photo, time slot, presentation, etc by ASAP
- Judge: name, photo, time slot, etc by ASAP
- Attendees: names, emails, titles, etc ASAP
- Move in: Sunday March 1st - 6pm to 10pm PST
- Move out: Wednesday March 4th - 5pm to 8pm PST

Exhibitor Booth
- One Folding Table
- Two Folding Chairs
- The space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep
- Basic Power Connection
- Wireless Internet Access
- Note: Wireless internet is not guaranteed, and will certainly go down from time to time as wifi does. Please have a canned presentations and consider paying $200 for a hardwired internet connection if an internet connection is required for your exhibitor booth.

Demo Table
- One 30” High Top Table
- The space is 6 feet wide by 5 feet deep

Rules and Regulations
- Tables must be staffed from 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Speakers & Judges - Arrive an hour prior to presentation time to get registered and ready for stage
- No Parking available on-site. We suggest using Uber, Lyft, Muni, or Taxi to the event.
- Please be sure that every team member brings a picture ID for registration
- As the Demo Pit is intended to be a dynamic environment, no chairs will be provided
- We’ve found in the past that most companies opt to bring a large monitor to run a demo video. Please remember to respect your neighbor's area, as space is limited
- IMPORTANT - Absolutely no audio should be played from your area.
- If you wish to hang or attach any items to the walls or ceilings please contact LAUNCH Show Management
- If you need items shipped to the area in advance please contact LAUNCH Show Management
- Be prepared with a canned presentation in case of any issues
